Overland Park, KS, August 2003 – Lincare Holdings, Inc. increased its presence in Wisconsin significantly this month when it finalized the acquisition of Kealey Pharmacy & Homecare Service, Inc., a $1.5-million independent pharmacy and homecare company, located in Janesville, represented by merger & acquisition consultant Jerry Baker & Associates.

Jerry Baker, president and founder, commented that this is a very nice opportunity for Lincare in the southern Wisconsin area. We are happy to have been involved in the transaction.

Mark Johnson, the sole owner of the Kealey Pharmacy, plans to continue operating the retail pharmacy business while the homecare division is acquired. Revenues for the homecare services in 2001 were $1,046,801 with sixty percent of the revenue derived from respiratory services and the remainder durable medical sales and rental. The homecare division currently has 139 oxygen concentrator patients with seven employees.
